Why CULTURE
Culture is set of values, attitudes, orientation transmitted from a generation to the other generations. It is very important to Safeguarding the Indian Art Heritage because it gives us feeling of Identity. It reminds us our History. Many symbols like Ashokchakra create a feeling of integrity and unity in people of country. In the constitution of India under fundamental duties also says to protect Indian Heritage. Indian Heritage also provide many opportunities for tourism.
There are two type of Heritage
1) Tangible Heritage , this is type of heritage which can be touched. Example- Monuments.
2) Non Tangible Heritage , this is type of heritage which can’t be touched. Example- Performing Arts, Dance.
